About Dailey

Here's a little bit about me! To describe my personality in three words, I'm genuine, understanding, and determined! I started working with kids when I was 13 years old and began babysitting! I completed my Associate's and Bachelor's degree in psychology and learned quite a bit about children's developmental stages! Having knowledge of this provided me with a deeper understanding of children of all ages and what it is that each child needs. My skills include patience, planning, and communication! I'm a very patient person, which is extremely helpful in child care as every child is different, learning and developing at different levels. I'm organized and I love a planner! Planning and scheduling are definitely one of my specialties. I find that communication is extremely important with children in order to build a trusting connection and help that child navigate through their emotions and express them through words.
