I enjoy working with children because caring for others comes naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy being around them. I find children to be honest, kind-hearted, creative, and full of curiosity, which makes working with them rewarding and meaningful. I am naturally patient and nurturing, and I enjoy supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop confidence. I feel very comfortable around children and enjoy creating a safe, caring, positive, and supportive environment where they can thrive. I started working with children when I became a teacher in 1991, and over the years I have gained experience working with children of different ages and personalities. This experience has strengthened my patience, understanding, and ability to connect with children in a caring and respectful way. In conclusion, I am looking for a position with a family that values respect, kindness, and open communication.
