As a care coordinator for over 18 years, I integrate wellbeing practices for seniors, children and pets as well as traditional care giving tasks. These holistic practices include reiki, gentle yoga and pilates, guided breathing meditations, art sessions, and mediations during and after treatments in home or hospital locations. While caring for and witnessing my own family's journey with cancer, heart transplants, kidney transplants and transitions from home into senior care communities, I implemented these self-care practices, and now offer care coordination for private clients. In addition, through my 20 years of project construction management, I offer expertise in home modification and adaptation for better care during transitions.
