About Cynthia

I have been a senior caregiver companion for over 10 years. I understand the challenges of aging, losing ones ability to drive, diminished energy and mental acuity. I form close relationships with my clients and their families because I believe that caregiving is a family affair and empathy, reliability, compassion and trust is paramount on all sides. This journey began when my mother developed leukemia and out of a heart wrenching situation was born a realization that my desire to take care of individuals in need was born. I am available for light meal preparation, organize appointments, attend doctors appointments where I can relay information as needed, light tidying, fun days in or out. I ensure that my clients maintain as much mental and physical activity that they are comfortable with. I'm available for permanent weekly scheduled employment between 25-30 hours per week, with an option for more hours as needed CPR/First Aid certified BA from CUNY Baruch
