Cindy was an invaluable resource to our family during very difficult times. She provided excellent care in place for our mother as she found household tasks and self care to become increasingly more difficult. Cindy came at regular hours as planned, punctual and prepared, but was also available many more hours each week as needs increased. As our mother weakened and needed someone to prepare her meals, make coffee, do laundry, hold her hand, keep her company, Cindy bent over backwards to accommodate every need. Our mother grew very fond of her, depended upon her, and enjoyed her company. The apartment was always neat and clean and organized thanks to Cindy. During our mother’s hospice journey, she came to sit with her, feed her, help her with drinking fluids, helped insure her comfort, and kept her company; this level of support meant family members could take a break from long days of care. Cindy will be a true blessing to any family who brings her into their fold. She is very self-directed, sees a need and acts upon it, and is trustworthy. We very much appreciated her hours of service.
