We are thrilled to write this letter of recommendation for Cynthia, who has been a wonderful nanny for me and my wife from September 2021 through April 2021. As first-time parents in 2021 and at the height of the pandemic, Cynthia became an integral part of our family from the first day she started working for us. We found her to be extremely reliable, punctual, and responsible in her duties as a nanny with two young children (now 2 and 9 months). We also found her to be extremely trustworthy and has always shown a high level of professionalism and care and she rarely ever missed a day of work without prior notice and has always been flexible when we needed her to work extra hours or on short notice. What we loved the most was how our first-born son really took to her and how he absolutely adored her, and we have always felt confident leaving them in her care. She was kind, patient, and nurturing, and had a natural ability to connect with him. We genuinely saw the connection between her, and him grow, which ultimately showed us how above and beyond she went, to ensure that our first-born was safe, happy, and well-cared for. She was always attentive to their needs and has always been willing to listen to our concerns and address them accordingly. Even as our family expanded, with the addition of our second son, the quality and level of Cynthia’s service did not change, one bit! She embraced our second-born with open arms and was able to balance having both a 1-year-old toddler and a newborn/infant. Cynthia is also an excellent communicator. She provided us with regular updates on how our children are doing, and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. She is also very organized and efficient in her work and left us with daily progress reports and has been a great help in keeping our home running smoothly by following the meal plan my wife setup (all foods were naturally made and cooked) – and even helped in cooking some of the times as well. In summary, Cynthia has been an outstanding nanny for our children, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny. We miss her dearly ever since she had to move in April and would have her back in a heartbeat. But any family would be lucky to have her, and we are forever grateful for the impact she has had on our family. She helped make and is part of so many special memories for us as first-time parents, during a pandemic, far away from family, and with both of us having extremely busy professional careers.
