Prior to that 5 yrs taking care of my stepfather after his 2 strokes, running household and caregiving. I took care of all hiring training caregivers, bill, medical appointments, insurance, all shopping, food preparation, medications, menu's, prescriptions, preparation of meals in bulk for freezer, all shopping. Activities to keep him engaged and active.
