About Cynthia Ann

Hi, I'm Cynthia - an experienced early childhood educator and caregiver with a strong background in infant and toddler care. I currently serve as the Lead Montessori Toddler Teacher for children ages 12-30 months, guiding daily routines, supporting development and independence, preparing age-appropriate materials, and communicating closely with families. My background includes licensed childcare, private childcare, nanny care, and direct infant experience. I'm especially experienced with toddlers and very comfortable with infant feeding, diapering, soothing, naps, developmental play, and creating calm, predictable routines. I'm continuing infant/toddler Montessori training through Seton Montessori and am CPR/First Aid certified. I bring a warm, calm, dependable presence and love reading, singing, art, outdoor time, and helping children grow through connection, curiosity, and gentle care.
