About Hannah

Hi! I am a former elementary school teacher with almost 10 years of experience working with children through babysitting, summer camps, student teaching, classroom teaching, and now nannying my infant niece. I taught elementary school for four years and have worked with children across a range of ages, needs, and personalities. I love finding things for kids to actually do rather than spending the day in front of a screen. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, sensory activities, outdoor play, and trips to the park, library, zoo, aquarium, and other local activities. My teaching background also makes me comfortable incorporating learning naturally into the day without making it feel like school. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable driving children to activities and outings, and love pets. After nearly a decade of working with children, I am confident managing routines while still being flexible and patient, and making sure kids feel comfortable and have fun.
