About Crystal

I have dedicated my career to working with children since high school, bringing over a decade of experience to families. My background spans from coaching middle school softball to working for 10 years at the Hyatt Regency, where I engaged with children in a family-friendly setting. I am highly experienced in babysitting up to three children at a time, ranging from infants to9-year-olds. What sets me apart is my experience in therapeutic and behavioral health; I have worked extensively with developmentally disabled children, focusing on teaching, mentoring, and positive redirection. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment and keep parents fully updated. I am a patient, empathetic professional with CPR/First Aid certification, I am also very comfortable with pets and can help with light household task.
