About Crystal

Hi there! I'm Crystal and I am 30 years old. I have over 10 years of experience in childcare. The majority of that time I have spent as a Kindergarten Teacher; however, I have also been a daycare teacher, nanny, camp counselor, and gymnastics coach for children under eight. I have my masters degree in STEM Education from CU Denver and my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from FSU. I am looking for a position that is 20-30 hours per week, where I can bring my son along. He was born in August of 2023 and I would love to stay close to him in his early years, while also providing excellent childcare for a family. I am energetic, patient, positive, and organized. Most importantly, I LOVE being around children and making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy! I enjoy singing, reading stories, creating fun activities, and going outside to explore nature. As a certified teacher, I can create developmentally appropriate activities to help your child thrive!
