About Crystal

Hi! I'm Crystal :) I'm a caring and reliable caregiver with experience working with children of all ages. I'm CPR & First Aid certified and always prioritize safety while making sure kids feel happy, supported, and cared for. I previously worked as a float lead teacher at a childcare center, where I cared for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. I'm comfortable adapting activities to each age group and keeping children engaged through play, learning, and routine. Currently, I work as a paraprofessional, supporting children's learning and social development in the classroom. I also have experience working with children with special needs, providing individualized care to help them feel safe, included, and confident. I'm patient, responsible, and truly enjoy helping children grow. I'm also happy to assist with homework, light housekeeping, meal prep, and pets. I value open communication with parents so you always feel confident your child is in good hands.
