About Crystal

Crystal is an exceptional caretaker, and any family would be very lucky to have her. Over nearly five years, I’ve had the privilege of watching her raise her four boys and two family dogs with patience, consistency, and genuine warmth. Caregiving qualities Crystal is naturally nurturing, but she also brings structure and reliability to her caregiving. She is dependable, communicative, and always follows through on what she says she will do. Crystal doesn’t just “keep kids busy" ... she designs experiences that are fun, educational, and tailored to each child’s interests and personality. Home and family environment In her own home, she models the kind of environment any parent would want for their children: respectful, loving, and well-organized. Her four boys are engaged, polite, and clearly feel secure and supported. The family dogs are well cared for and included in daily routines, which speaks to her comfort with and love for animals. She manages schedules, mealtimes, and household tasks with ease, and she pays attention to details... from safety to nutrition to emotional well-being.
