About Crystal

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Crystal as our nanny for the past two years, caring for both our 3-year-old son and our 7-year-old daughter. Over that time, she has become so much more than a nanny — she has truly become a part of our family. Crystal is incredibly caring, patient, dependable, and genuinely invested in our children. One of the things that will always stand out to me is the impact she had on our son’s development. He started talking after Crystal joined our family, and I truly don’t believe that was by chance. She spent so much time talking, reading, playing, and engaging with him. She regularly brings home stacks of books from the library for both of our children and has always made learning and reading part of their everyday lives. She has also built a wonderful relationship with our older daughter. She isn’t just someone who watches our children — she has been a friend, mentor, teacher, and trusted adult in their lives. As working parents, reliability means everything, and Crystal has been someone we can completely depend on. She is punctual, responsible, and has always been incredibly flexible when we needed adjustments to her schedule. When Crystal says she will be there, I never have to wonder or worry — I know she will be there. That kind of dependability is invaluable. Most importantly, our children love her, and we trust her completely. After two years, it is very difficult to imagine our everyday life without her. The only reason we are parting ways is because our son is starting preschool. Otherwise, we would have happily continued having Crystal as part of our family. We will truly miss her. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Crystal caring for their children, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
