I started Child development during my second year or high school. In which I would create weekly lesson plans. Lead a preschool class, engage with the children, plan age appropriate activities, and lots of arts and crafts. Summer break of my junior year I was in a summer program where I would go to Rush Hospital and learn about asthma, breast cancer, and other medical conditions. Go back to boys and girls club and teach younger children about ways to look out for certain medical conditions and how they could help keep a look out within their family. Over the years I worked in a Daycare where I specialized in working with children who had special needs. Which has now led to me being a nanny! I've been a nanny for two families long term but have also picked up temporary gigs and occasional nanny gigs as well. Currently CPR certified along with many other certifications.

Crystal, has given us a helping hand on multiple occasions. My name is Geneva I have four wild children. Twin boys (10) a 4 year old son, and our wild flower daughter who just turned 3. Not only do our children adore Crystal, they look forward to hearing that we are on our way out the door for a date night only for the soul fact that Crystal will be joining them that day. I have yet to meet someone with such patience, attending to the kids and keeping us informed the entire time to make sure the kids have everything they need. My family is lucky to have someone like Crystal. Any family would be lucky to have her care for their children.
