About Crystal

Making a difference in someone's life is my passion, and I've dedicated the last 10 years to supporting adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles have only strengthened my desire to help others maintain their well-being and independence. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with current CPR and First Aid Training. I provide hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Building a genuine connection with those I care for is important to me. I'm friendly, approachable, and calm. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my skills and compassion to your family.
