About Crystal

With 11 years of experience as a certified teacher, I've had the joy of working with kiddos from Pre-K to 6th grade, teaching just about everything! But my experience goes far beyond the classroom. Building strong relationships with children is at the core of what I do whether it's creating trust, making learning fun, or helping them grow emotionally and socially. Throughout my teaching journey, I've done more than just teach academic lessons. I've been right there helping kids learn important life skills, how to solve problems, communicate, and build confidence. Plus, my time with Pre-K students has been hands-on in every way yes, even changing diapers! Caring for little ones and supporting their development is just as important as their education. On top of that, my master's degree in leadership has sharpened my skills in guiding and managing children, helping me create a well-rounded approach to both childcare and teaching.
