About Crystal

I am a graduate from the University of Houston with a B. A. in Liberal Studies, with minors in the following subjects: English Literature, Psychology, and Education. I am also a graduate student at Sam Houston & work in the higher education setting. I am attaining my MA in Higher Education with a specialization in advising. In applying all the skills learned throughout my educational endeavors, I hope to be able to get a better insight of students, and work on a coherent plan of what raises their own "interest level" through reading and writing. Some of my writing strengths include creating ideas that are both engaging, and entertaining to a student, the ability to not only communicate an assigned task but also be able to aid in critical thinking. As an aspiring writer, I spends my off- time raising my 3 kids, traveling the world, cooking up new delicacies, and attend writing events!
