Hello families, my name is Crystal. I've worked as a childcare professional for 25+years. I'm currently a full-time nanny and have been for 5 years. Nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives has been my professional focus. My patient, calm, and creative approach ensures that your children feel supported and engaged throughout the day. I am fully comfortable enforcing your household rules while providing a reliable, and a structured environment. Whether we are playing outdoors, doing age appropriate crafts, or engaging in educational games, I prioritize both fun and learning. I have my CPR/First Aide certifications, and other Child Development courses. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I value clear communication and will provide consistent updates through written reports or verbal check-ins.
