About Crystal

My name is Crystal, and I have been working with children and families for many years. For six years, I was employed at a school for children with special needs. I have my Associates Degree in Social Work, but I started in Early Childhood Education. While I pursued my education, I was able to not only learn and grow from raising my own baby, but also working at a Child Development Center, where I gained years of experience working with children. For the past 6 years, I was employed with an agency which provides services to children and families. I loved and treated them like my own family. I am hoping find a family who could use my help babysitting, where I can learn and grow with your child/children; and be a consistent caregiver in their lives.
