Crystal lead with such empathy while taking care of my father who has not been able to do really anything on his own. She encouraged him just as a friend would yet took care of him and made sure he was safe like a true professional. She was a huge help to me who has been solely taking care of my father and she allowed me to get some much needed sleep and some time to myself and the entire time I was at peace knowing my father was safe.
