About Crystal

Hi, I'm Crystal! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with experience working one-on-one with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I have experience as a paraprofessional, supporting children in both school settings and their homes. I've worked with children with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and various behavioral needs. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and adapting my approach to each child. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel confident while creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I'm responsible, attentive, compassionate, and committed to providing families with dependable, individualized care.
