About Crystal

I'd describe my personality as encouraging, sincere, and trustworthy :) I've come across many different personalities and backgrounds with the kids I've worked with and being around every unique kid has helped me grow in many ways. Much of my experience with kids has ranged from working in the children's ministry at church to providing tutoring services to working as a special needs paraprofessional! I'm looking for a job with a positive and supportive work environment. I want to be mostly independent when working with the kids. If there are any issues, I'd appreciate transparency and guidance on any improvements that can be made. I enjoy reading, watching movies, cooking/baking, taking walks, and photography. I'm a college student. I'm currently majoring in Psychology and am finishing up my final year! My skills include patience, teaching skills, and creative problem-solving.
