Hi, my name is Crystal! I currently work full time as a behavior analyst for Autistic children. I love the work that I do and have been working with children for about 8 years now. I started off as a nanny while I was completing my undergraduate degree in Child Development from Cal State East Bay. I went on to get my Masters of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State university. I am very comfortable around pets and have had experience working with children aged 18 months to 17 years old including children with developmental disabilities. I currently am only working date nights and weekends as I work full time M-F 9-5.

Crystal was amazing! We came into town and needed a sitter for our 3 kids (ages 6-11). Crystal was on time and very professional. Our youngest is diabetic, so we had to show her how to manage all his diabetes devices and administering insulin. She was calm and learned quickly! The most important thing- the kids liked her!
