About Crystal

Hello! My name is Crystal, and I'm 35 years old. I currently work full-time as an Executive Assistant, but I'm looking to take on part-time childcare opportunities in the mornings before work, for school drop-offs, or on weekends. I have several years of professional childcare experience working with children of all ages & abilities. I previously worked in an elementary school in a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Kindergarten-2nd grade classroom, where I learned basic ASL and signed communication. Before that, I worked with children between 3-11 years old in a school setting. I have experience providing ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings for ages 3-18. I have experience with both verbal and nonverbal and supporting wide range of developmental and behavioral needs and tutored elementary-aged students after school.
