I started out my career over 14 yrs ago, and TRULY LOVE what I do! While attending courses in Early Childhood Education, I taught all ages (6 weeks - 5 yrs) in a 5 STAR daycare. After my years in daycare, I taught as an assistant teacher in a EC Pre-K class in CMS 10+ years ago, I was offered to take on a nanny role. I love my career, caring for kiddos of all ages; newborn through upper elementary school. At this time, I am seeking an additional part-time family to care for 2-3 days a week (preferably between 12-15 hours a week). Flexible on the days. I'm big on communication, so you'll get updates anytime I'm caring for your most precious! I am trained in 1st aid, CPR, and SIDS. Happy to follow whatever routines & schedules are best for your children! I am also no stranger to legos, barbies, and crafts!

We have had Crystal in our family for over a year. I was looking for a unicorn and I found her! She genuinely cares about my kids and that speaks volumes. We are very like minded.. minimal screen time, outdoor play, crafts and games. I am very hesitant on who I can trust to watch my kids and I fully trust Crystal. I know my kids are safe with her. She helps us tremendously and I am so grateful for her! Thank you for taking care of us Crystal!
