I'm an Registered Nurse with 20+ years of nursing experience including Labor and Delivery, Nursery, Home Care, Rheumatology and Autoimmune Disorders. I'm a military wife that is looking for occasional work. I live in the Solomon Island, MD area and would be happy to help out families located within a 20 mile radius. I would rather my care be given in the home of the child so that the child is in a familiar area and everything he or she may need would be readily available.

I cannot recommend Crystal highly enough. She watched our two one year olds all evening while we attended a wedding nearby. She was so kind, great with the kiddos, and extremely attentive to detail. We came home to both boys tucked in and fast asleep (a small miracle). She was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and I would 100% hire her again. 

Crystal was such a joy to be around. She help me with meal prepping, laundry, and cleaning the babies toys. She's a very happy and positive person who is ready to support mom and baby in any way she can.

Crystal is so incredible with our toddler twin boys. She is cool, calm, and collected when caring for them, never overwhelmed. She manages to do all the things, feed, bath, bed, play, etc... She even helped us figure out how to get one of our twins to take medicine (he kept spitting it out when we did) i trust Crystal and the twins are comfortable and happy with her. She's really amazing with them! 

Crystal is just amazing! She always arrived 15 minutes early and she took care of my baby as if he were her own!  She fit in wonderfully with my family and I'm sad to see her go.

My kids are 11 years old and 10 years old (you know  the age of "we are too old for a sitter mom"). My kids are picky and tell all. I just got home and they are raving about how fun Mrs Crystal is and they are already asking if she can be their permanent baby sitter. They told me how she played with them and talked to them and "she seemed to like us too mom." Crystal, thank you so much for making my kids so happy, they are counting down til the next date night.

Crystal was very personable and our son instantly warmed to her. She took notes on his likes, dislikes, schedule, allergies, etc before we left. She texted us about mid-way with an update on how they were doing. We were very comfortable leaving our son in her care and would definitely hire her again.

Crystal watched my 4 and 1.5 year olds when we were in town for a wedding.  She arrived early with a professional attitude.  My kids enjoyed the evening and we felt very comfortable with Crystal in a situation that can be a bit stressful.  Absolute recommend.

We visited Savannah, GA for a one-week conference, and intended to hire Crystal for one night at the hotel room when I attended a function with my husband.  My daughter (3 years old) and son (14 months) had so much fun, that she said she'd prefer to play with Miss Crystal rather than go to dinner us.  So, we went out two more times that week for wonderful adult-themed dinners.
Miss Crystal is very easy to communicate with, extremely considerate, always a little early, and as another reviewer stated, she cleaned-up the kids and tidied up our little hotel room once they were sleeping.  A hotel room probably isn't the easiest place to entertain two young children, but they had a blast, and looked forward to her visits each time.  Miss Crystal MADE our trip to Savannah, and we cannot thank her enough.

Crystal was amazing with my son. She arrived on time to pick him up and sent me pictures to let me know that he was okay. My son did not want her to leave and can't stop talking about his time with her. Thank you so much!

Crystal is so accountable and punctual. She has worked for me and several of my good friends. We cannot have enough good things to say about her. She is so trustworthy and sincere. Definitely recommend! 

Crystal is one of the best babysitters I have ever hired! You will not be disappointed. She is always early which I love. She helps do light cleaning and I did not even ask her:) (something other babysitters never did). And my son adores her..he has a very hard time with strangers but warmed up to her very quickly! I continue to call her whenever I need someone I can trust and count on.
