Hi, I my name is Crystal! I have a bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology and am currently pursuing a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Childcare has been my primary profession for the past 10+ years. I have experience with children of all ages. I am CPR/First Aid certified. Kids always love how silly I am with them, and I make sure that we have a great time. Despite my playful approach, I make sure children follow their parents' rules and expectations.
