About Rafaella

As an immigrant, I had to learn the educational system in the U. S. at a fast pace, and the skills and knowledge I have gained in multiple settings have allowed me to stand out. In the struggle, I found an amazing opportunity to help others. While in high school, I quickly realized I had a gift, and that was explaining to others what others couldn't. My time in Ecuador gave me an advantage in the U. S., and that was exposure to a different teaching/learning system. My approach is very open and enthusiastic and find the perfect strategy for each student. I'm very driven, hence, I like to show others that their effort pays off and that everything that we learn is useful. I believe in routine and continuous effort and like to incorporate that too by being prolific and constant. On top of tutoring, I also do sitting and have a professional career in global health. I continue to educate myself in multiple disciplines, the most recent one at Oxford University.
