About Cristina

I have 15 months of experience, altogether, of caregiving. I have a background in both PreK teaching and administrative work but wanted take a break due to the pandemic. I have worked with two people. My first client I worked with was a family friend, so I did not go through an agency. she had ALS and was total care. I helped her with lite cleaning, dishes and reorganizing. I also cooked meals. I also used a lift to help her on and off chairs as well as her bed. I also assisted with diaper changing. My second client I had the pleasure of working with had dementia. She was partial care. I helped with meals and cleaned up her part of the house. I implemented lite physical/cognitive therapy as well. I also assisted in appointments, provided simple entertainment and provided loving and practical support. I worked very well with both families and both opportunities were true blessings.
