Cristianny (Cris), has worked for my family in Colorado for the last 1.5 years caring for our daughter starting when she was 3 months old. We were seeking a nanny that would join our family and take care of our daughter as if she was her own - and we definitely found that in Cris! Cris is extremely reliable, safe and trustworthy. She is also very communicative and open to discussing her perspective and approach on raising children, while also listening to ours; as a new parent, this has been extremely valuable. In addition, our daughter truly loves her - it's a joy to watch how excited she gets when Cris walks in the door every morning! Cris is very active and motivated to be out and about - she is always taking our daughter on adventures to parks, playgrounds, museums, etc. We are so sad that Cris is moving out of state and we won't be able to continue to have her as our nanny, but we are very excited for and supportive of her next adventure!
