I have experience in child care that is outstanding. I am from Brazil. Since arriving here in the United States 20 years ago, I have been a nanny. While living in Brazil I was also a Nanny. I deliver in-home child care for infants and toddlers, which include basic care and teaching. Scheduled and participated in meetings with parents or guardians to discuss their child's progress and needs. I also record child's progress and developed strategies for stimulating learning and development in-home. I have also implemented schedules of activity as well as promoted serving nutritious food, teaching proper eating habits and personal hygiene procedures. I also ensure that the children always get the appropriate rest periods. I'm also CPR certified. I have a child care certification from PG Community College. I also worked at a PG county day care center for two years, where I gained valuable experience by producing various child developing programs.
