Courtney kept in constant communication with us from scheduling to arrival. She not only is very professional but also kind and compassionate in her care. She clearly explained all information. She kept my husband engaged in conversation during the entire visit, presenting herself as friendly and interested in his comments. We would absolutely have her sit again.
