About Courtney

I am an academic tutor with over 10 years of experience, working with students of all ages. My main areas of focus are, pre-algebra, algebra I, algebra II, developmental math, statistics, and pre-calculus. As a tutor, I tailor each of the sessions to the student's individual needs, abilities, and circumstances. I am able to meet students where they are, and I am comfortable with approaching the material from whatever direction and/or method the student is most comfortable with. I am very patient and understanding, so I do not mind explaining things more than once or in a different manner that might make more sense. My ultimate goal is to instill confidence within the student's own abilities, so that their skills will transcend the tutoring sessions.
