Hi! Thank you for considering me to take care of your children. I'm 30 years old & looking to babysit in the evenings/weekends. After graduating from college, I worked for a year at a nonprofit that supports adults experiencing developmental disabilities. While my role focused on operations, I worked out of the home & regularly interacted with the residents. That rewarding experience reshaped how I view the world. My calm & friendly demeanor allows me to connect easily with children. I'm patient & fun. I believe in open communication and will keep parents regularly updated about their child's day. I think it's important for children to interact with people outside their family to build social skills. Through volunteering with children's ministry at my church, I've seen many young kids experience separation anxiety during drop-off & I'm comfortable providing support through that process.

Courtney and I have been teaching children 1-10yrs together for a few years now. Courtney is consistently on time and prepared- she is dependable. I've seen Courtney with the toddlers and kids and she is kind, patient and very attentive. She is a safe and trustworthy person and provides a warmth and peaceful environment for kids. I've seen her participate in songs, crafts, games and various activities with the kids and she is able to connet with them in a meaningful way. I have seen her follow up and adhere to parent's specifi reuquests related to their child. Courtney is also great at following our child safety protocols, as we have been trained on best practices. I have full confidence in referring Courtney as a trustworthy caregiver.
