Unfortunately another family hired her before we could, but I interviewed her and then had her come and play with my kids for over an hour and she is just amazing. I mean, I am almost in tears that she can't work for us haha. She has a lot of extra training in early childhood development, is very empathic and understanding of a child's inner emotions, even if those emotions are fueling some hitting or throwing of toys etc. She knows how to redirect them while maintaining respect for the child. She was also a lot of fun with them, interacting on their level, experiencing their games with them (I have a 4-year-old and 2-year-old for reference). She's just great!
