Hey there everyone I'm Courtney! I am a Pre-K Teacher with 10 years of teaching experience. I have the most experience with ages ranging from birth to 5 years old. While at URI, I student taught at Classical High School and taught Kindergarten at Richmond Elementary. I am CPR certified and have reliable transportation. I love to create crafts and engaging lesson plans with children to foster a love of learning. I've always know I wanted to be a teacher and I was for just over 10 years. I've left the profession to work closer with students, 1-on-1 and hopefully start my own family. When not teaching, I love to travel/hike with my husband and visit museums of all kinds. I am an active member of my church and serve in many ways- worship leader and Sunday school teacher. I am more than willing to give references, background checks, etc., at request.
