About Cortlynn

Hey, I'm Cortlynn. Just a little bit about me: I'm a mother to one amazingly cool almost 10-year-old. I have over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages and have had the pleasure to serve as an educator, mentor and friend. I have worked with a youth organization in RI where I have assisted with homework, transportation and college readiness. I've also worked as a teacher's assistant and a lead instructor in a summer program where I put together lesson plans and weekly themes. My goal first and foremost is to always ensure that the kids I work with are comfortable, safe and having fun. I strive to help build their confidence, foster their creativity and create a fun space to learn. Additionally, it's to provide the families I service with support and a space where I can build trust.
