About Corrina

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing and trusting I'm looking for a job that fosters a positive environment. I started working with kids when I was a young teen. I started babysitting at 14. After that when I was 16 I watched a family friend's newborn through the summer. I watched her from 3 months old up until a year old. After that I went into a daycare working as an assistant teacher. I was in newborn rooms- toddlers (2-3 years old). I have a passion for working with kids. I have taken a break from working with kids and moving into retail with occasional babysitting and would love the opportunity to work with them again! My skills include helping children regulate their emotions and show them how to work through it. When we are younger our emotions are so big and powerful and deserve to be heard. Another skill is that I truly care about child development and enrichment. I will make sure to always do age appropriate activities that will help foster positive outcomes.
