About Cordelia

I have been in child care, off and on, for over 30 years. Growing up in rural Alaska, without electricity, I take pride in keeping children engaged and having fun, and limiting screen time. I like working with kids because I come from a domestically violent home and I love providing for others what I never received. I'm looking for a job that when I go home, I feel content that I did something good. I was expected to care for my two brothers starting at age 6. Despite the expectation, I was very good at it and very quickly progressed to taking care of multiples, all ages, and being a new mother's aides, all before I was 17. I enjoy anything creative: dance, theater, music, movies, cook, bake, and baseball and basketball and can't stay away from DIY projects. One thing you should know about me is my heart is always in the right place.
