About Coral

I am a certified high school mathematics teacher in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I have a B. A. in Secondary Education and Mathematics and a MBA. I have spent the last 16 years in a classroom and recently have decided to focus on tutoring as a way to be home more for my children. Currently, the majority of my availability is during the day time but have some flexibility. Ideally, I would love to be the Algebra tutor for a homeschool pod or assist students who may have non traditional schedules. Though familiar with higher math (Calculus, Trig), the majority of my teaching experience has been in Algebra and Geometry. I have been doing private home tutoring off and on for 14 years, prior to that I was a peer tutor at a College. I am willing to tutor via online or in home. I will wear a mask for any in person meetings until both myself and the family feel it is unnecessary. I am comfortable with most animals but get uncomfortable with jumping dogs.
