About Coral

Hello! My name is Coral, I am a current college student at UCF, going to school for Speech Pathology, with a minor in Psychology and a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have a big, silly dog named Mars, who likes to step on my feet. I am an avid lover of scary movies and weird music. I chose to become a tutor because I know what it's like to feel frustrated and stuck in a concept, and the joy of accomplishment that finally comes from figuring it out. Learners on the ASD and ADHD spectrum are very close to my heart, as these are things I am learning to handle myself. I have been a tutor since I was a sophomore in high school. The core tenant of my teaching philosophy is that every student problem-solves in their own way, and it's my duty to support learners along the many different pathways to reach the answer.
