She continually rescheduled, over & over. She claims to be a house cleaner but she does a terrible job. She would do things that I didn't ask her to do. Didn't follow instructions. Then when she was coming for a second time she wanted me to send her a list of things that I wanted her to do when she got here, after she canceled for the second time.
