About Consuelo

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which inspired me to become a childcare provider. I've been doing this for a year and have experience caring for up to three children at a time, between the ages of six and 11. I also have experience as a first communion catechist and middle school and high school tutor. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and have no issues communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. My patient and calm demeanor, along with my creativity and imagination, help children feel comfortable and engaged. I love playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning, and I'm always up for a game of tag or hide-and-seek. I'm also comfortable using technology-based games and apps to engage children. I have a college degree in sociology with a minor in education studies, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
