About Constance

Nurturing children's growth, development and wellbeing has been my passion for more than 15years. As a certified nursing assistant with doula and coursework in early childhood education, I bring a strong combination of caregiving experience, patience, compassion and safety awareness to every family I support. I'm experience in caring for infants, toddlers, school-age, pre-teens and I'm comfortable caring for up to 4 children. I enjoy creating meaningful and enjoyable activities such as puzzles, educational games, reading, creative play and age appropriate technology-based learning. I'm also happy to assist with meal preparation, housekeeping etc. I believe clear communication is essential so I provide regular updates using the method each family prefers. I respect and consistently follow household routines, expectations and family rules to provide children with a safe and structureed environment. My goal is to become dependable and trusted partner for your family.
