I am a patient and peaceful person. I seek harmony with all. I am a creative personality who loves making jewelry, embroidery, reading books, being in nature and being grateful. I love to learn- period. I have been working in Port Townsend as a caregiver for 5 years with a local company. Due to changing needs I am now working for myself hoping to integrate caregiving with my jewelry business and online work from home. I have worked with various conditions such as Parkinson's disease, Polio, Dementia, acute pain and Arthritis. mostly with elderly folks. I am more than willing to work with different age groups. Depending on my capability and your needs. I also spent 6 years as a mental health tech at an assisted living facility for schizophrenic and special needs folks. (40 hour shifts) Helping with ALL needs of 16 folks. It included cooking, cleaning, dealing with Drs. and emergencies. Companionship too. Please let me know if I can be of service to you.
