About Colleen

Hi! I'm currently a full-time paraprofessional for autistic and intellectually impaired K-5 kids and am looking for some work until the school year starts back up! In that position, I teach a social skills class, help with reading and math in small groups, and help create a safe and accepting environment for all abilities and behaviors. I also have years of tutoring and babysitting experience. Most notably, I tutored a child to go up 3 reading levels within a few months! Nothing is more rewarding to me than being able to see a child become more proud and confident in not just their school work, but also themselves. I am also open to working out a pay rate!
