I made several appointments to meet for the first time and despite her having an emergency and oversleeping through the first appointment, I forgave her and rescheduled. The day I rescheduled my dad had an emergency and I attempted on four occasions to communicate with her throughout the morning to request flexibility in our meeting time. I never heard from her once in the day via text nor telephone. Completely unreliable for clear communication which is key when dealing with flexibility and the elderly. Very unfortunate.
