We hired Colleen to help with our 5 year old daughter. We have high expectations and she always exceeded them. She is very friendly, reliable, and flexible and has a great positive attitude. We had to move out of state and our daughter misses her a lot and keeps asking to go back so she can play with Colleen. They used to do a lot of outdoor activities together as well as crafts, reading, painting etc when they had to be home due to the weather.
