Caring for others has always been an important part of my life. With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with different needs, I have learned that quality care is built on patience, compassion, respect, and trust. I truly enjoy working with seniors and helping them maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. I can assist with companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and daily routines. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid and hold a graduate degree, which has strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I understand how important it is for families to feel safe and confident in the person caring for their loved one. I am responsible, calm, respectful, attentive, and dependable. I value clear communication and am happy to provide regular updates to family members. I speak English and French fluently and also speak Spanish allowing me to communicate with families from diverse backgrounds.
